The church of St. Anna - Prague Crossroads is going to be open for public visits again during the first week of September as a part of the 6th year of the Open House Prague architecrutal festival.
Did you know that this originally gothic church from the 14th century served as the inspiration to writer Jaroslav Foglar for his novels about the mysterious fictional district of 'Stínadla'? Today an international spiritual center is situated here, originally initiated by Václav Havel and now governed by the Dagmar and Václav Havel Foundation VIZE 97. Czech architect Eva Jiřičná participated on the reconstruction of the Prague Crossroads, uncovering the view to the original, unique and the only preserved gothic roof in Prague.
Open: September 5th and 6th 10:00 - 18:00
Accessible parts: the main church building, choir gallery
Form of access: guided group tours
